Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM),  For  Cyber Security, Cyber Warfare, Firewall , Anti Virus and Server Maintenance

Location : Nipro India Corp, MIDC Kesurdi Pune Satara Road Khandala (

(overseeing all group subsidiaries)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the security, cyber warfare, and server maintenance functions overseeing Nipro India Group Companies .  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, managing security infrastructure, and ensuring the availability and security of servers across all group subsidiaries. This role is critical in safeguarding our information assets and ensuring compliance with security standards. We deploy on premise SAP server with MS 365 on cloud and MS Azure for Dialysis software 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Strategy & Policy Development:

  - Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures.

  - Ensure policies are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Security Infrastructure Management:

  - Oversee the management of security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.

  - Ensure the proper functioning of server environments across all subsidiaries.

3. Vulnerability Management:

  - Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

  - Identify, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities in systems and applications.

4. Incident Response:

  - Lead the incident response team in handling security breaches and cyberattacks.

  - Develop and maintain incident response plans and conduct post-incident analysis.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

  - Ensure compliance with relevant security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA and other industry specific requirements 

  - Conduct risk assessments and manage risk mitigation strategies.

6. Team Leadership:

  - Manage and mentor a team of IT security professionals.

  - Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

7. Collaboration:

  - Work closely with other departments to ensure security measures align with business objectives.

  - Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance security posture.

8. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure that the organization can continue operating in the event of a major disruption

9. Cyber Warfare Preparedness:

Developing and implementing strategies to protect against cyber warfare threats, including monitoring for potential attacks, developing incident response plans, and coordinating with relevant authorities

10 . Security Awareness Training:

Educating employees about security best practices, phishing scams, and other threats to promote a security-conscious culture

11. Server Maintenance and Security:
Overseeing the maintenance, security, and performance of servers, including regular patching, access control, and monitoring for security vulnerabilities. Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security management, with a focus on cyber warfare and server maintenance in large multinational factory setup 

- Strong understanding of network security, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
