Role Description

Renal Sales state manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of renal and dialysis-related products in the assigned region. (Bengaluru, Chennai, Kerala).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, dialysis centers, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical, and logistics for seamless execution.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for healthcare providers and clinical staff.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and reporting is completed accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines in all field activities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related healthcare discipline or MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute
  • 5–6 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical devices/pharma industry; renal or nephrology background is a strong advantage.
  • Sound clinical knowledge.
  • Good in data analysis and business planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
