Role Overview

Regional College of Management Bangalore is seeking a senior international business professional to deliver practitioner-led sessions in International Business Dynamics. The role is ideal for professionals with extensive global exposure who can bring real-world perspectives on international markets, cross-border operations, and multicultural business environments into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced, application-oriented sessions in International Business Dynamics, covering International Marketing Strategies, Global Market Entry & Expansion, Export–Import Operations and Compliance, International Trade Regulations & Documentation
• Teach import/export laws, trade policies, and regulatory frameworks applicable across key global markets
• Facilitate discussions on: Cross-cultural management and collaboration, International negotiations and stakeholder management, Managing global teams and partnerships
• Integrate real-world international case studies, trade scenarios, and business experiences
• Guide students on global business careers and international exposure opportunities
• Support live projects, simulations, or country/market-focused assignments

Require Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in international business roles
• Strong hands-on experience in: International marketing, Export–import operations and trade compliance, Cross-border business development
• In-depth understanding of global trade laws, regulations, and documentation
• Proven exposure to working with international clients, partners, or markets
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Profile

• Professionals with experience in: International trade, Global sales & marketing, Export houses / MNCs, Cross-border consulting or business development
• Experience handling: Multi-country operations, Cross-cultural teams and collaborations
• Prior teaching, training, or corporate facilitation experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Senior practitioners and visiting faculty strongly encouraged to apply
