Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Anandapuram Mandal. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, managing production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, supervising a team of workers, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes. Qualifications Experience in overseeing production activities and managing shift operations Knowledge of safety and quality standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Understanding of production workflow and ability to troubleshoot issues Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy) is preferred Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
