IT Manager (Corporate IT & Systems) 📍 Location: India (Remote) 💰 Compensation: 1,804,000 INR annually 📊 Bonus: None I’m partnering with a growing global organization to help them hire an IT Manager to own and scale their corporate IT function . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for network, infrastructure, systems administration, help desk operations, and vendor management , supporting employees across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning IT end-to-end , improving processes, and acting as the primary escalation point for corporate technology. What You’ll Be Responsible For Own and manage the Corporate IT function , including service desk and systems administration Oversee procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT hardware and software (PCs, peripherals, SaaS tools, networking equipment, operating systems) Define, document, and continuously improve IT processes Establish and track KPIs, OLAs, and operational metrics , including reporting on performance Serve as the primary IT point of contact and escalation manager Lead and contribute to project-based IT initiatives Act as the technical and communication liaison between IT and business stakeholders Identify, develop, and communicate technology standards and best practices Oversee employee onboarding , training, and access management Manage vendor onboarding , relationships, and contracts Maintain accurate software license inventory and compliance Maintain systems documentation and IT operations manuals What They’re Looking For Experience & Technical Knowledge 5–10 years of relevant IT experience Strong experience with: Azure AD Jamf Intune O365 / Microsoft 365 Azure Okta (preferred) Solid understanding of technical management and data governance Familiarity with scripting languages (basic to intermediate) Experience supporting and troubleshooting end-user systems and services Training or enablement experience is a plus Problem Solving & Execution Ability to analyze complex situations and implement practical, scalable solutions Comfortable working on non-routine issues requiring investigation and follow-through Able to interpret guidelines and adapt processes as business needs change Communication & Collaboration Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership Organized, accountable, and deadline-driven Adaptable and comfortable operating in a changing environment Professional, approachable, and discreet when handling confidential information Effective communicator with internal teams, vendors, and leadership Leadership & Ownership Experience managing vendors and external partners Comfortable working within budgets and supporting budget planning Experience negotiating with vendors and managing contracts Ability to operate with minimal supervision while driving outcomes Why This Role High ownership, visible impact Opportunity to shape and mature IT operations Work closely with senior leadership Broad scope across systems, infrastructure, and operations
