Role Overview:

• Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and performance.
• Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and provide regular feedback and training.

• Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for niche and high-volume technical roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Provide regular hiring updates and analytics to leadership teams.

• Process Optimization:

• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain high standards of candidate experience.
• Leverage technology and tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

• Experience:

• 9+ years in technical recruitment with at least 5 years in a service-based IT company.
• Minimum 3  years in a leadership role managing a recruitment team.

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and market trends.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
