Job Description

Our client is a leading school group. The Lead – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end hiring strategies across Group of Schools.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the

    Vertex TA team

    and

    School HR Operations teams

    to achieve recruitment objectives across academic and non-academic positions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between

    Vertex TA

    and

    school HR teams

    for efficient execution of hiring plans.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle - workforce planning, sourcing, evaluation, offer management, and onboarding.

Strategic & Senior-Level Hiring

  • Independently manage

    senior and leadership-level hiring

    for schools and central functions.
  • Develop strong talent pipelines for niche, high-impact, and future-critical roles.
  • Partner with functional and academic leaders to anticipate hiring needs and create proactive sourcing strategies.

Campus Hiring & Emerging Talent Strategy

  • Design and drive a

    strategic campus hiring program

    to attract and nurture high-potential young talent across academic, administrative, and functional roles.
  • Partner with

    universities, teacher training institutes, and B-Schools

    to build and sustain an early-career talent pipeline.
  • Integrate campus recruitment into long-term workforce planning to support organizational growth and succession planning.

Compensation Benchmarking & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct

    compensation benchmarking

    for key and senior roles to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Provide insights on

    talent availability, salary trends, and competitor hiring strategies

    to support business decisions.

Process Excellence & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive process improvements, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and superior candidate experience.
  • Use recruitment analytics to monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across schools and central functions.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Strengthen

    company's employer brand

    through innovative sourcing campaigns, digital presence, and strategic partnerships.
  • Promote consistent and engaging candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.


Requirement:

  • Qualification:

    Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:

    8–12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/team management capacity.
