Collect and analyze compensation data from field operations to support benchmarking and internal equity. Ensure compliance with organizational pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits in field units. Assist in the rollout of salary reviews, promotions, and performance-based incentives. Liaise with central HR and Finance to ensure timely processing of salary changes and related transactions. Educate field employees and managers on compensation policies, guidelines, and tools. Identify compensation-related concerns at field locations and escalate as needed. Support audits and data validation related to payroll and compensation changes. Monitor compensation trends and recommend field-specific adjustments when necessary. Assist with job evaluations and grading in line with corporate frameworks. Role: Payroll Specialist – Blue Collar Workforce About the Role We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with proven experience in managing large-scale blue-collar payroll operations. This role requires someone who can manage payroll processing, third-party payroll coordination, compliance, and handle employee grievance resolution effectively. You will work closely with operations, HR, and vendor partners to ensure timely and accurate payroll while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. Preferred candidates will have experience working closely with business teams such as Operations and Revenue to effectively manage and drive payroll for on-ground teams. Key Responsibilities End-to-end payroll processing for blue-collar employees, including attendance validation, overtime calculations, deductions, and final settlements. Manage third-party payroll agencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Handle payroll audits and maintain accurate payroll records. Resolve payroll-related queries, conflicts, and grievances in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data accuracy for payroll inputs. Manage MIS reporting, payroll dashboards, and monthly reconciliation. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in payroll management for blue-collar employees. Experience working with large-scale operations (500+ workforce preferred). Strong understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.). Proven track record in managing third-party payroll and vendor relationships. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle grievances and conflicts effectively. Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software. Work Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: CTC will be offered with a smart hike on the last drawn salary.
