Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own the
offline marketing strategy PAN India
, aligned with Prontos growth and expansion goals.
Lead
ATL, BTL, and hyperlocal activations
including housing societies, RWAs, and local partnerships.
Drive
brand visibility
through print, OOH, transit, and on-ground campaigns across multiple cities.
Manage
agencies and vendors
to ensure seamless execution, consistency, and quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with
Growth, Ops, CX, and Product
teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Track
campaign performance and ROI
, ensuring efficient spend and measurable impact.

Preferred candidate profile

10–15 years of
offline / field marketing experience
, ideally from
consumer tech, FMCG, Q-commerce, or mobility sectors
.
Strong experience in
city-level activations, launches, and community marketing.
Ability to build and lead distributed city marketing teams.
Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid scaling environments.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to measure brand impact beyond vanity metrics.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Startup DNA — hustle, ownership, and bias for action.
