About the Role

Operations and Revenue

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end payroll processing for blue-collar employees, including attendance validation, overtime calculations, deductions, and final settlements.
Manage third-party payroll agencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Handle payroll audits and maintain accurate payroll records.
Resolve payroll-related queries, conflicts, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data accuracy for payroll inputs.
Manage MIS reporting, payroll dashboards, and monthly reconciliation.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in payroll management for blue-collar employees.
Experience working with large-scale operations (500+ workforce preferred).
Strong understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
Proven track record in managing third-party payroll and vendor relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle grievances and conflicts effectively.
Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
