Field Recruiter

Role Overview:
We’re looking for energetic and driven Field Recruiters who will be the face of Pronto on the ground — responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding skilled house help professionals in your assigned city. You’ll play a key role in building our city workforce from reaching local communities and job hubs to conducting interviews, document verifications, and onboarding sessions.Key Responsibilities:1. Scout and recruit house help professionals from local markets, communities, and referral networks.2. Conduct field visits, distribute marketing material, and organize recruitment drives.3. Explain job benefits, salary structures, and platform features to potential hires.4. Handle basic documentation, ID verification, and onboarding formalities.5. Maintain daily recruitment reports and meet weekly hiring targets.6. Coordinate closely with the central operations team for smooth onboarding and activation.Requirements:1. 01–03 years of experience in field recruitment, sales, or community outreach (preferred but not mandatory).2. Strong communication skills and local network.Must be comfortable with on-ground travel and meeting people daily.3. Smartphone and basic understanding of using mobile apps.4.
