Payroll Manager

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  
• Handle payroll for a

  large blue-collar workforce

  along with white-collar employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
  
• Manage payroll reconciliations, audit support, and reporting.
  
• Advanced Excel-based payroll modeling, MIS, and analytics.
  
• Vendor & third-party coordination for payroll, compliance, and manpower contracts.
  
• Ensure all payroll and compliance activities meet statutory and organizational requirements.
  

What Were Looking For

• 610 years of proven experience in payroll management.
  
• Strong knowledge of

  labour laws and compliance

  .
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, reconciliation).
  
• Experience handling

  blue-collar workforce payroll

  .
• Comfort in dealing with

  third-party vendors

  .
• Based in Gurgaon and willing to work from office (Sohna Road).
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
