Payroll Manager

Role Overview: As a Deputy HR Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage various HR functions focusing on PF, ESIC, compliance, and challan. You will also oversee all HR activities in the absence of the HR manager. Key Responsibilities: - Handle PF related matters efficiently - Manage ESIC processes effectively - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Process challans accurately Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR - Total work experience of 4 years - 1 year of experience in compliance The approximate salary package for this position ranges from 25k to 30k. It is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and a yearly bonus is offered.
