Role Overview

Admin Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office facilities including desks, chairs, WiFi, electricity, pantry, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, printing, utilities, and other services.
  • Track and maintain inventory of office assets (stationery, laptops, furniture, pantry items).
  • Oversee travel, accommodation, courier services, and petty cash settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with

    GST board display, fire safety, and basic regulatory requirements

  • Support in

    new office setups

    and help organize

    internal events

  • Maintain records for vendor payments and invoices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years

    of experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Strong coordination, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
  • Good with record-keeping and

    basic Excel

  • Organized, proactive, and reliable with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a

    fast-paced startup environment
