Clearly explain available real estate projects, plot details, pricing models, and USPs. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and build rapport. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team for seamless client experience. Update CRM or lead management tools with call records, remarks, and status. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Share promotional offers, project videos, and WhatsApp creatives as part of the pitch. Understand and explain the difference between SQFT-based pricing and Project Management models. Handle objections gracefully and escalate serious queries to sales managers.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve Motion graphics: Adobe After Effects is a strong bonus Understanding of social media trends and formats Ability to work with minimal direction and tight deadlines Fluent in English and Tamil for subtitle work (preferred)
