You will actively participate in all office administration activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative records. Additionally, you will be coordinating internal office activities such as supervision, housekeeping, operations, and stationery management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records. - Coordinate internal office activities, including supervision, housekeeping, operations, and stationery management. - Maintain records of students and trainers systematically. - Coordinate with students and trainers for smooth class arrangements. - Monitor classrooms regularly to ensure proper functioning and readiness. - Manage day-to-day office expenses and maintain accurate student fee records. - Assist students with classroom allocations according to their respective batches. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in office administration is preferred. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Please note that this is a full-time position and requires in-person work at the specified location.
