Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound calls from professionals (partners) in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and real-time support to partners regarding bookings, payments, onboarding, and platform usage.
  • Troubleshoot partner issues and ensure timely resolution, escalating complex cases to the concerned team.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company policies, procedures, and partner-related processes.
  • Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction by delivering empathetic, clear, and effective communication.
  • Log and track all interactions in the system (CRM / support tools) with proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Dispatch, Payments, etc.) to resolve partner queries promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in partner support or customer support,.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
