Roles and Responsibilities

Telecallers

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls for e-commerce customers
Explain product details, offers, and order information
Confirm orders and follow up with customers
Address basic customer queries and concerns
Maintain call records and customer details

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hindi language mandatory
(spoken fluency required)
Basic communication skills
0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support
Freshers with good communication can apply
Basic knowledge of handling calls and customers
Willingness to work from office

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in
e-commerce calls /customer support
is a plus
Immediate joiners preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
