Nurturing Maintain regular structured follow-ups (minimum 68 touchpoints per lead across 1 week). 3. Qualification Convert at least 30% of MQLs into SQLs by applying qualification frameworks (budget, authority, need, timeline). 4. Handover to Sales Pass 100% of SQLs to sales reps with detailed notes in CRM; ensure zero leakage. 5. Pipeline Hygiene – Update CRM after every call, with status and next action clearly mentioned. 6. Call Discipline – Achieve a daily average of 50+ productive calls with prospects. 7. Feedback Loop – Share recurring lead quality issues with the marketing/SEO team weekly to improve targeting. Competencies (Skills & Behaviours) Communication Skills – Clear, confident, and persuasive on the phone. Persistence – Follows up diligently without being pushy. Listening Ability – Understands client needs, objections, and intent signals. Qualification Mindset – Can differentiate between interest vs intent. CRM Discipline – Comfortable using CRM tools (Salestown or equivalent).
