Webfosys Networks is looking for a Junior Sales Executive for its EdTech division, Numerique Academy . The role involves counseling prospective students, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving sales targets through effective communication. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and professionals Counsel students on courses, curriculum, and career outcomes Convert qualified leads into course enrollments Maintain accurate records in CRM (calls, follow-ups, conversions) Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth onboarding Share feedback on lead quality and market trends Required Skills & Qualifications 6 to 12 months of experience in EdTech / Education sales (mandatory) Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Experience in inside sales / academic counseling / telecalling Target-driven and result-oriented approach Ability to build rapport with students and professionals Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Key Skills: EdTech Sales, Academic Counselor, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Lead Conversion, Telecalling, CRM, Student Counseling Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in selling online courses, training programs, or certifications Comfortable handling high call volumes Passion for education and career counseling Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred Why Join Us?
