RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CFO Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the founding team to develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with our long-term vision. Provide leadership in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the business Fundraising Investor Relations: Lead efforts to secure funding from investors, including venture capital, angel investors, and other strategic partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, and regularly update them on financial performance and strategic progress Financial Operations Management: Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. Ensure effective cash flow management, compliance with regulations, and timely financial audits Growth Scalability: Work closely with the Founders and leadership team to scale the business, evaluating new markets, strategic investments, and opportunities for sustainable growth. Ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently to achieve high-impact initiatives Profitability Risk Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the companys performance. Implement effective risk management strategies, managing liquidity, credit, and operational risks to protect the companys assets Strategic Partnerships Mergers Acquisitions (MA): Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and acquisitions that align with the companys long-term goals, including expanding the ecosystem for students, professionals, and companies Financial Governance Compliance: Develop and enforce financial governance policies to ensure ethical and compliant financial operations. Experience in scaling a startup, raising capital, and managing financial resources for fast-growing organizations Proven track record of successfully raising funds from investors, managing relationships, and reporting on financial performance. Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights Strong background in financial management, including budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, cash flow management, and MA Knowledge and experience working with financial technology and software tools.
