Job Description

Role & responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

  • Update, maintain, and clean lead and contact records in the CRM.
  • Log communication notes, track deal progress, and ensure ongoing data accuracy.
  • Upload lists, import/export contact data, categorize leads, and manage highvolume databases containing tens of thousands of contacts.
  • Support organization and tracking of pipelines consisting of hundreds of active B2B technology sales prospects.

Business Development & ClientFacing Support

  • Draft and send followup emails on behalf of the U.S. team.
  • Monitor inbound inquiries and compile prospect information.
  • Assist with marketing email list preparation and outbound campaign workflows.
  • Support operational tasks that streamline the sales cycle and improve lead engagement.

Scheduling & Calendar Coordination

  • Schedule meetings, demos, and followups across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Send calendar invites, confirmations, and reminders.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Pull weekly and monthly CRM reports and dashboards.
  • Summarize key metrics and performance indicators for leadership review.
  • Assist in tracking outbound and inbound activity volume, lead progression, and pipeline changes.

Prospect & Market Research

  • Identify target companies, decisionmakers, and industry segments.
  • Prepare outbound campaign lists using research tools, data providers, and other platforms.
  • Gather market intelligence to support targeted prospecting strategies.

Industry Tools & Automation

  • Leverage industrystandard tools for research, data collection, list building, enrichment, and workflow automation.
  • Utilize platforms for contact sourcing, email sequencing, and database management.
  • Assist in improving operational efficiency through automation and structured process optimization across business development workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience supporting U.S.based teams or U.S. business workflows.
  • Familiarity with B2B technology sales processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of the mortgage, title, or real estate industry (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with email research tools, sequencing tools, and automation platforms.
  • Experience managing CRM, sales, clientfacing, and operations efforts across U.S. and Indian markets.
  • Strong educational background relevant to business development or sales operations.
