Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist with various US mortgage loan funding, pre-funding, and closing processes.
Learn and understand underwriting and pre-funding procedures for US mortgage loans.
Review title opinions and assist in title-related tasks.
Support transaction-level processing, quality controls, and document reviews.
Collaborate with operations teams, title, and escrow companies.
Develop strong communication skills through client interactions, emails, and internal coordination.
Knowledge of Transaction Level Processing, Quality Controls - Wire Account verification, Document Review, QC.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be a graduate
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
Comfortable with night shifts.
Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills.
Excellent Email writing skills, client communication.
