Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Title Search Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough searches of property records to determine ownership history, identify any liens or encumbrances, and ensure clear title for transactions. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive title searches on residential and/or commercial properties. Examine public records, deeds, mortgages, tax records, and other legal documents. Strong understanding of property records, legal descriptions, and real estate terminology. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
