Pronto is an early-stage startup disrupting the unorganized sector of domestic help by

building a trusted and tech-enabled platform for maid services. Backed by marquee investors

and driven by a vision to bring dignity, structure, and consistency to the sector, we are

building a one-stop solution for urban households to find reliable, trained, and verified

domestic help.

Role Overview:

As a Trainer at Pronto, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and

continuously improving training programs for our field staff. From onboarding to upskilling,

your role will be critical in ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, and process

compliance across the board.Role & responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training modules for onboarding new maids and field staff.
• Conduct training sessions for domestic helpers/maids in:

(a)Deep cleaning (kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, etc.)

(b)Laundry, ironing, and garment care
(c)Cooking assistance & kitchen hygiene

(d)Customer etiquette and basic communication

• Conduct refresher and up skilling sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Build SOPs, training manuals, and visual aids for service delivery excellence.
• Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-ground performance.
• Ensure timely scheduling of training batches and certification tracking.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and bring innovation to learning formats.

What Were Looking For:

• 3 - 6 years of experience in training, preferably in service-based or blue-collar environments.
• Strong facilitation and people engagement skills.
• Ability to create structured, simple, and actionable training content.
• Hands-on with Google Slides, Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Comfort in delivering training in Hindi (mandatory); basic English a plus.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage setup.
• Exposure to field or vocational training is a strong advantage.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, Hospitality OR relevant field experience.
