Role Description

These are full-time, on-site roles based at CIET, Lam, Guntur. The institute is hiring qualified trainers and developers across multiple domains, including Aptitude & Reasoning, Java Programming, Python Programming, ServiceNow Administration & Development, and Salesforce Development.

Depending on the role, responsibilities include planning and delivering effective training sessions, preparing course or technical materials, guiding students or teams in hands-on tasks, mentoring learners, and helping them develop strong conceptual and practical skills. Trainers and developers will also assess performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure strong learning outcomes and professional growth.

Roles

Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer

• Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Ability to train students for placements and competitive exams
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Prior training or teaching experience is an advantage

Java Programming Trainer

• Proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts, JDBC, Collections, and Multithreading
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or Jakarta EE
• Experience with microservices, design patterns, or real-world development
• Ability to deliver hands-on programming sessions

Python Programming Trainer

• Strong command of Python fundamentals, OOP, libraries, and frameworks
• Experience with Django/Flask, data structures, or automation scripting
• Ability to guide students through real-time projects and coding tasks
• Good mentoring and presentation skills

ServiceNow Admin & Developer

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
• Knowledge of workflows, catalog items, scripting, and integrations
• Ability to design, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications
• Certification is an added advantage

Salesforce Developer

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce CRM
• Experience with configuration, customization, and integrations
• Ability to work with workflows, triggers, and automation tools
• Salesforce certifications preferred
