About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Trainer to conduct hands-on STEM, robotics, and innovation-based training sessions in schools. The trainer will guide students in basic electronics, coding, and project development as part of the ATL program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily ATL sessions for school students (Classes 6–10).
• Teach basic electronics, robotics, Arduino, sensors, 3D printing, and STEM activities.
• Support students in making innovative projects and models.
• Maintain ATL lab equipment and inventory.
• Plan and deliver practical workshops, experiments, and activities.
• Ensure safety and proper usage of lab tools and materials.
• Assist school teachers in smooth functioning of ATL labs.
• Prepare session reports, attendance, and documentation of student projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Science/Engineering/Technology (B.Tech/B.Sc/Diploma in relevant fields).
• Good knowledge of electronics, robotics, Arduino, coding (basic), and STEM tools.
• Experience in conducting workshops or training sessions (preferred).
• Strong communication and classroom-handling skills.
• Ability to work with school students and encourage creativity.

Other Requirements

• Must be comfortable travelling to the school location.
• Passion for STEM education and innovation.
• Immediate joiners preferred (optional—add if needed).
