Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Trainer to join our team in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent training skills and experience in delivering high-quality training programs.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to meet business objectives.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions to employees at all levels.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and effective training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a trainer in an international setting, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with training software and technologies, such as authoring tools and learning management systems.
