Skill required: Talent Development - Learning Content Development What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development process Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan. What are we looking for Curriculum/Learning Solution Planning Proactively understand the clients business drivers, needs, and priorities Recommend the potential learning approach/program/solutions Curate learning assets identified for the curriculum/solution Document learning requirements in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB) and/or summary deck Review and map project source content, identifying any gaps Draft the initial scope/budget for the solution Generate and negotiate options, as needed Oversee the maintenance of existing curriculum to ensure continued relevance to target audience, skills, proficiency level Pipeline/ Demand PlanningoPartner with the client on 90-day learning planning; documenting priorities, scope, and timelines Connect with the client to review the pipeline weekly/ monthly/quarterly oProject the spend and staffing requirements Stakeholder Management oDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders oGuide the client along the design-deploy-delivery journeyoConnect actively with the client to identify and solve for pain points oAnalyze & present metrics to drive data-based decision makingOperations ManagementoPlan and facilitate project calls to align the Learning Studio Client/stakeholder relationship management Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intentoLearning needs analysis oLearning solution planning oLearning delivery experience Learning program and project management Practical understanding of types of learning solutions and architectures available, and when they are best usedoGood knowledge of instructional design principles and product typesoStrong program/project management skills with a proven record in executiono Able to work independently across a broad range of activitiesoStrong written and oral communication skills including:Ability to facilitate Client SME and Sponsor discussions to set expectations, and to ensure appropriate involvement Good presentation skillsoProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project) oAbility to network and build positive relationships with client, business stakeholders, vendors and Accenture teams Preferred - Experience in learning and talent strategy developmentoAwareness of current trends in learning including AI, VR, Storytelling etc. Working knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelinesoExposure to learning measurement and analysis Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualification Any Graduation

Preferred candidate profile Strong facilitation and executive presence Strategic thinking and business acumen Advanced content design and instructional design capabilities Experience with learning diagnostics and assessments High-level stakeholder engagement and influence Data-driven decision-making and reporting Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools Ability to lead cross-functional projects and OD initiatives
