We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. You will play a key role in driving growth and delivering excellent customer experience.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi/local language).
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Previous experience in the sales industry is a plus, edtech (preferred).
Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
