As a Recruitment Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process within the manufacturing or steel industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which involves sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Collaborating with stakeholders and business leaders to understand manpower needs and define role requirements effectively. - Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled professionals in the manufacturing/steel domains. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. - Utilizing various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to create talent pipelines. - Ensuring timely closures of positions while upholding the high quality of hires. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting recruitment metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights relevant to manufacturing and steel industries. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of demonstrated recruitment experience in the manufacturing or steel industry. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously. - Proficient in recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
