• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks. • Conduct targeted headhunting and extensive calling to attract qualified candidates. • Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline for roles such as Project Architects, Project Managers, Interior Designers, Site Engineers, and other design/architecture-related profiles. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads. • Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and candidate databases. • Support employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and rotational shift schedules. • Prepare and update the monthly leave calendar and track advance salary payments or staff advances. • Manage office staff records, shift allocations, and day-to-day coordination. • Ensure completion of employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and HR files.
• Manage monthly attendance and timesheet tracking for all staff. • Work closely with the finance team for accurate payroll processing, salary inputs, and attendance verification. • Assist in preparing payroll-related MIS and reports.
• Plan and organize monthly employee engagement activities including: o Floor birthday celebrations o Work anniversaries o Team events and cultural initiatives • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
• Handle end-to-end HR ERP responsibilities, including: o Uploading and updating employee documents o Managing leave and attendance data o Keeping recruitment databases updated in the ERP o Ensuring all HR information is accurate and current within the system • Coordinate with the internal/ERP support team for issue resolution and system improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude. • Strong sourcing, screening, and networking abilities; experience in architecture/interior design hiring preferred. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, HR ERPs, and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). • Prior experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or related industries will be a significant advantage.
