Talent Acquisition Lead

As a Recruiter at United HR Solutions Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing candidates, and managing the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.

2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

3. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

4. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

5. Track candidate progress, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records.

6. Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Note: This role is specifically for 0- Year experience candidates. Salary range 12-18K
