Job Description

s while working on the requirements.

Communicate with candidates regarding employer information and benefits during the screening process, obtaining consent to process their resumes.

Perform phone interviews with candidates based on the required parameters before recommending profiles to the account manager.

Share vacancy details with candidates before sharing profiles with the account manager and follow up for acknowledgment of such emails.

Ensure delivery of assignments with quality resumes within set turnaround time (TAT).

Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates upon receipt of feedback from the client on shared resumes.

Share interview details with candidates and the interview schedule with the account manager upon confirmation, ensuring constant follow-up and rapport building with candidates to ensure interview attendance.

Perform reference and background checks as required.

Upon candidate selection, follow up on required documents, negotiate offers if required by the client, and maintain constant relationship building with the candidate until joining. Take regular feedback post joining.

Prepare MIS reports as per company requirements.
