Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to meet hiring goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage recruitment budgets and vendor costs.
  • Drive performance through KPI management and regular progress reviews.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience processes.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process proactively.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong client handling and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and execute recruitment strategies under tight deadlines.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Experience with budgeting and resource planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
