Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end recruitment activities within the NBFC/BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong hiring expertise across multiple business functions and be capable of managing stakeholder relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from understanding business needs to onboarding selected candidates.
• Partner with business heads to forecast hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels including portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Drive initiatives for employer branding, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Lead, guide, and mentor the recruitment team to ensure delivery excellence.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 6–12 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the NBFC/BFSI or Financial Services industry.
• Proven experience handling senior and niche hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and modern sourcing methods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
