Brief About the Team

The Talent Acquisition team at Tata 1mg plays a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping the organization's talent landscape. As strategic hiring partners, the team collaborates closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while fostering an exceptional candidate experience.

What Will You Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution

  • Manage end-to-end hiring cycles role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding coordination
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective JD’s & hiring plans
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing — portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping
  • Drive competency-based interviewing and ensure quality of hire

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers; maintain strong business relationships
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication with candidates across stages
  • Manage escalations and critical hires with agility and accountability

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Track, analyze and report hiring metrics — time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel performance, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to defined hiring policies, SLAs, and compliance requirements
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

Team Collaboration & Capability Building

  • Mentor and guide junior team members on sourcing strategies & stakeholder engagement
  • Share learning, industry insights, and best recruitment practices with the team

Employer Branding & Special Projects

  • Support employer branding initiatives, talent campaigns, and campus hiring drives
  • Participate in strategic TA / HR transformation initiatives as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 4–7 years

    of core Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced or scaling organization
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, interviewing frameworks, and HR systems (ATS/Darwinbox/Workday etc.)
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and strong business alignment
  • Ability to manage multiple roles with high ownership, speed, and quality focus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
