Talent Acquisition Lead

As the Head Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in leading the recruitment strategy of the organization to ensure the timely hiring of high-quality talent that aligns with the business goals. Your responsibilities will include building a strong employer brand, streamlining recruitment processes, and developing long-term talent pipelines. You will collaborate with the leadership team for workforce planning and scalable hiring solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Talent Planning: Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, collaborate on workforce planning, and lead the recruitment team. - Recruitment Operations: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, optimize tools and processes, and ensure timely and quality hiring. - Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Drive branding campaigns, enhance candidate experience, and represent the organization at events and campus drives. - Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain hiring metrics, and manage documentation and audits. - Talent Pipeline Development: Build proactive sourcing strategies, partner with institutions and agencies, and support internal mobility and succession planning. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in real estate or related sectors. - Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and market trends. - Proven ability to scale hiring and lead teams.
