Code Quality : Advocate for and practice clean code, test-driven development (TDD), and thorough unit and integration Skills & Experience : Experience : 5 - 10 years of professional software development experience as a Full Stack Engineer. Backend Expertise Strong proficiency in .NET Core (C#) for building scalable backend applications and APIs. Experience with ASP.NET Core for web API development. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Frontend Expertise Strong proficiency in React.js for building modern single-page applications. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
