Job Description: You will be responsible for leading HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a positive work culture. Your main focus will be aligning HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring compliance, and driving organizational effectiveness. Your role will involve developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management, designing compensation & benefits programs, fostering diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and managing risk. Additionally, you will be driving learning, development, and succession planning initiatives. Qualifications: - A Masters in HR or Business Administration is preferred. - You should have at least 10 years of HR leadership experience, with 3+ years in a senior role, preferably in the real estate sector. - Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR tech, and organizational development is required. - Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
