Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA with office in UK and IndiaWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with expertise in end-to-end technical recruitment, particularly in Java including backend, full-stack, and cloud technologies. This role requires a strategic approach to sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technical talent while collaborating closely with business leaders and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment initiatives, enhance talent pipelines, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for Java developers, backend engineers, full-stack developers, cloud professionals, and data engineers.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other channels.
  • Conduct technical screening and assessments to ensure quality hires.
  • Work closely with engineering leaders, HR, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key technical roles.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring.
  • Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health.
  • Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Focus on diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on IT and technical hiring.
  • Proven experience in hiring for Java, backend technologies (Python, .NET), full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\
