Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on cybersecurity, compliance, data privacy, and IT services.
  • Source, screen, interview, and close candidates within defined timelines.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 recruiters to achieve hiring targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and development support.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners when necessary.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on hiring status, TAT, and recruitment KPIs.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Process Enhancement
  • Continuously refine recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and promote best practices.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social hiring campaigns.
  • Recruitment Operations
  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation, data privacy, and compliance standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or team mentoring role.
  • Proven success in hiring for cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or compliance roles.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS tools (e.g., Zimyo, Zoho Recruit).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing recruitment teams and driving KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring analytics, and reporting.
  • Exposure to global or international hiring (UAE, KSA, or US markets preferred).
  • Experience in employer branding, campus hiring, or recruitment marketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
