Role Overview:

Talent Acquisition Lead wh

This is a hands-on individual contributor role that combines strategic partnership with execution excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, market intelligence, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition while maintaining agility and ownership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and leadership roles across business, product, and technology functions.
  • Partner closely with business and HR leaders to understand workforce plans, define hiring priorities, and design proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Manage US and India market hiring, leveraging local market intelligence, talent networks, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Execute advanced sourcing through professional networks, referrals, competitor mapping, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and manage the interview lifecycle to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Present data-driven insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and pipeline health to business stakeholders.
  • Act as a

    trusted advisor

    to business and leadership teams - offering perspectives on talent strategy and role calibration.
  • Drive continuous improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 6-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in US market hiring (preferably for product or technology organizations).
  • Proven track record in mid-senior and leadership hiring across functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions through insights and data.
  • Experience in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing automation tools).
  • Strategic mindset with execution ownership - equally comfortable designing strategy and executing it hands-on.
  • High sense of accountability, collaboration, and attention to detail.
