Job Description

Role Overview:

Crimson Interactive is looking for a smart and versatile recruiter. The individual would be responsible for handling requisitions from across the organization and regions for profiles ranging from junior to senior level. Beyond sourcing, this person will be responsible for handling offer discussions, issuing appointment letters, etc.


Major Responsibilities:

You would be responsible for all IT hiring /Non IT end to end of the recruiting cycle of the hiring process from sourcing to on boarding.

Use niche platforms to hire and source talent for different roles.

Coordinating with department/team heads on manpower requirements and future hiring needs

Ability to identify new hiring trends and platform to hire the right talent.

Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy for each open position.

Own the global candidate generation responsibility by developing and deploying strategic talent attraction initiatives

Partner with the HR management team on actions, as appropriate, to address competitive gaps

Foster innovation through research and exploration of new solutions; institute initiatives to improve/extend capability and ensure all tools/software/platforms fully support recruiting processes

Framing job descriptions along with various functional heads to correctly match roles and responsibilities with the target audience

Monitoring and applying recruitment best practices

Sourcing and attracting candidates, using databases, social media, job portals, etc

Ability to communicate on email with candidates and business. Should possess excellent strong verbal and written communication skills

Providing analytical and well-documented recruitment reports, when needed

Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Preparing offers and conducting offer discussions, issuing appointment letters, etc.

Perform reference checks on potential employees

Mapping and documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function

 


Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

Postgraduate in HR or graduate with relevant experience

4 plus years of experience in hiring

A strong understanding of the recruitment cycle

Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including background checks

Excellent knowledge in MS–Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems is a preference

Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
