Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with hospital goals and staffing requirements.
  • Forecast talent needs and create proactive talent pipelines for critical roles (e.g., doctors, nurses, paramedics, allied health professionals, and admin staff).
  • Drive workforce planning in collaboration with department heads.

Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels

    (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, etc.)

    to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment standards and labor laws.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience to ensure a smooth hiring journey.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Provide periodic reports and insights to management for decision-making.
  • Track and analyze trends in healthcare staffing and talent availability.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and HR executives.
  • Set performance goals, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with HR objectives.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 Plus years

    of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least

    5 years in the hospital or healthcare sector - in a Hospital Mandatory

    .
  • Proven experience recruiting medical professionals (doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, technicians).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, credentialing, and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
