Talent Acquisition Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for all the positions across multiple departments
• Develop sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines through job portals, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn sourcing and market intelligence
• Conduct initial HR screening, shortlisting, salary negotiation and candidate coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, selection criteria and interview outcomes
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly hiring dashboards, trackers and MIS reports
• Ensure 100% accuracy in recruitment reporting and data management
• Manage recruitment SLAs and TATs as per business requirement
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors and agencies for specialised hiring
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience enhancement
• Coach / guide junior recruiters and support their performance
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing quality and hiring conversion ratios

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong working experience in lateral & BPO hiring (end-to-end)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Dashboard reporting, MIS)
• Experience in report making and recruitment analytics
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver under tight timelines
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
