The Role: Catalyst for Technical Talent Acquisition
This is a critical mid-level role designed for a hands-on recruiter who can immediately inject technical rigor, efficiency, and modern sourcing strategies into our hiring process. You will be expected to work with minimal input from our technical leads, managing the full recruitment life cycle for niche and high-demand IT roles in parallel.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables1. Technical Requirement Analysis and JD Creation (The "Translation" Skill)
JD Creation & Intake:
 Quickly translate minimal 2-3 line client needs into accurate, engaging JDs by conducting effective short intake calls with technical leads to extract all required details and skill sets.Pipeline Strategy:
 Develop specific, results-oriented sourcing strategies immediately following JD creation, tailored to the target platform (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
2. Advanced Sourcing and Candidate Filtering
Advanced Sourcing:
 Expertly utilize professional recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) using complex Boolean logic, pre-matching tools, and AI-driven filters
 to build robust, evergreen pipelines for recurring IT roles.Resume Dynamic Scanning:
 Implement a dynamic, JD-centric scanning process to quickly and accurately filter resumes for required keywords, experience gaps, and policy mandates, ensuring zero misses
 on basic filtering requirements.
3. Technical Screening and Assessment
Initial Tech Vetting:
 Conduct screening calls, administer 4-5 standardized technical questions
 provided by the technical team, and quickly judge candidate technical fluency against expected outcomes.Value Communication:
 Clearly articulate the company's value proposition and manage candidate expectations while leveraging your understanding of core IT terminology (e.g., CI/CD, Microservices) to validate claims.
4. Talent Engagement, Branding, and Campus Initiatives
Social Media & Networking:
 Maintain a strong, professional, and highly active presence on LinkedIn
, proactively engaging in technical groups and collaborating with marketing to share content for immediate passive candidate acquisition and employer branding.Campus & Event Organization:
 Initiate and nurture relationships with college placement panels
 across key institutions and plan/execute developer-focused events, including code challenges and hackathons
, to generate high-quality leads.
5. HR & Employee Lifecycle Support
Internal Support & Policy:
 Serve as the primary contact for internal staff/management queries, coordinate enrollment for mandatory training programs, and manage the regular maintenance and updating of internal HR/company policies
.Onboarding & Compliance Liaison:
 Oversee technical onboarding, including mandatory new employee verification
 checks. Act as the administrative liaison for the Accounts team regarding payroll clarifications, EPF account creation
, and related documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
 4 to 6 years of dedicated experience in Technical Recruitment
 within an IT consulting or IT Staffing/Services environment.Technical Fluency:
 Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex IT job requirements across multiple domains (e.g., React, Python, Java, Cloud, DevOps, Frontend).Strategic Sourcing & Branding:
 Mandatory proficiency in advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Solutions,
 combined with proven experience organizing campus drives and developer engagement events.
Communication:
 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the clarity required for professional candidate engagement and internal stakeholder updates.Process Efficiency & Data Integrity:
 Proven ability to manage 5-8 separate technical requirements concurrently
, coupled with high discipline in maintaining ATS data integrity
 and providing accurate, timely reports (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality).Proactive Mindset:
 Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously to meet aggressive hiring targets.
