THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Executive
with
2–5 years of recruitment experience
to manage and optimize the hiring process across technical and business functions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a
seamless candidate experience
and aligning with XenonStack’s growth plans.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus programs, and professional networks.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for niche roles in AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Business functions.
- Stakeholder & Hiring Partner Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Drive alignment between business leaders, HR, and recruitment teams to meet hiring goals.
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate journey aligned with XenonStack’s values.
- Data-Driven Recruitment
- Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Leverage HRMS and ATS systems to streamline recruitment processes.
- Employer Branding
- Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance XenonStack’s employer brand on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
- Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, and campus engagement programs.
Skills Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent, with 2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring for technology roles (Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering).
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS platforms and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
- Excellent sourcing skills across social networks, job boards, and referrals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and meet hiring targets.
- Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
