Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Corporate Recruiter, your role involves reviewing job descriptions to understand the needs of clients/stakeholders, conducting research, and asking relevant questions to identify the right candidates. You will be responsible for seeking out potential candidates through various channels such as networking, social media, job portals, and employee referrals to fill open positions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Create articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing job postings to attract suitable candidates. Post these job descriptions on both online and offline resources. - Meet with applicants to discuss job positions and screen them for suitability. - Act as a liaison between the company and candidates, handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews. - Negotiate salary and other employment terms with candidates, ensuring commitment from them for current and future job requirements. - Keep candidates informed about the progress of their application, building credibility and encouraging candidate referrals. - Extend job offers to applicants who successfully pass screening and interview processes. Provide them with offer letters and discuss the benefits, requirements, and details of the position with them. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Excel and proficiency in maintaining MIS. - Minimum educational qualification of any Graduate. - Possessing 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment. The company offers a competitive CTC (Cost to Company) ranging from 3 Lacs to 6 Lacs, inclusive of fixed and variable components.,
