Technical Recruitment Expertise Familiarity with a wide range of IT roles (Full Stack Developers, Architects, Data Engineers, QA, Scrum Master and DevOps, etc.) Understanding of basic technical concepts (programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, databases) 2. Sourcing & Screening Proficient in sourcing candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), and Boolean search Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical fit and communication skills 3. Recruitment Tools & Systems Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs Working knowledge of Excel, email tools, and scheduling platforms 4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Strong verbal and written communication Ability to build rapport with candidates and manage stakeholder expectations 5. Interview & Coordination Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders Capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding Preferred candidate profile 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment (corporate or agency). Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. (Additional HR/recruitment certifications are a plus.)
